Gift Card Terms & Conditions 

• Activation & Validity 

1. Activation: Your eGift Card will be automatically activated 24 hours after the successful placement of your order. 
2. Validity: The card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this period will expire and cannot be extended. 

• Redemption Channels 

1. Online: Fully redeemable on the official Sharegold.in website and mobile application. 
2. In-Store: Redeemable at any authorized Sharegold.in partner showrooms across India. 

• Usage & Eligible Purchases 

1. Eligible Items: Valid for the purchase of all exquisite Gold and Diamond Jewelry. 
2. Exclusions: This card cannot be used to purchase Gold Bullion or Coins. If you wish to purchase bullion or coins, please select our Pure Gold Variant gift card. 
3. Multiple Cards: You are welcome to combine and use multiple eGift Cards for a single transaction. 

• Single vs. Partial Redemption 

1. Online Redemption (Partial Allowed): When used on Sharegold.in (website or app), the card is partially redeemable. You can use it multiple times until the balance is zero or the card expires. 
2. In-Store Redemption (Single Use): When used at a physical showroom, the card can only be redeemed once. If your purchase value is less than the card’s total value, the remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or carried forward. 

• Security, Returns & Liabilities 

1. Non-Refundable: eGift Cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 
2. Lost or Stolen Cards: Sharegold.in is not liable for the loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of the eGift Card. Lost or stolen cards will not be reissued, and remaining balances cannot be refunded.
