6. Gift Card Redemption

Request additional information before processing redemption requests.

7. Digital Gold Transactions

When purchasing digital gold:

Prices are based on live market rates.
Gold quantities are calculated at the rate applicable at transaction completion.
Gold prices may fluctuate without notice.
ShareGold does not guarantee future returns or appreciation.

Users acknowledge the investment risks associated with precious metals.

8. Payments

All payments are processed through authorized payment providers.

ShareGold shall not be responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by payment gateways, banks, or third-party providers.

12. Suspension and Termination

13. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy published on the website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from the use of ShareGold shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
